- Winter hours: November 1 to March 25 the park will operate on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and School Holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: 00 hours (last entry time at 3:00 p.m., entries are made every hour on the hour).
- Summer hours: from June to September included, the park will operate every day from 10 a.m. :00 to 20:00 (last check-in time at 17:00, check-ins take place every hour on the hour).

Admission Resident Adult Group

Residents in the Canary Islands from 13 years old included. It will be necessary to prove the Resident Status with the National Identity Document or registration certificate. The ticket includes: 3 hours of activity (approximately half an hour of training and 2 and a half hours of fun in the trees) and individual protection material and RC and Accident insurance.

Non-Resident Adult Group Entry
