Step 1. Select your tickets for Alquiler de Bicicleta y Paseo en Barca por la Albufera de Valencia
- Pick up your bike at Avenida de Francia, 10 (near the City of Sciences) between 10:00 and 11:30. Ride the 12 km to El Saler, passing by Pinedo beach.
- The boat ride leaves at 13:15 every day (except Tuesdays and Sundays) and lasts about 50 minutes. The boat guide will give an explanation of the fauna and other important details of the Albufera in English and Spanish. On the boat there are brochures with an explanation of the surroundings in other languages.
- The bikes are loaded on the boat so that when you are dropped off at Gola del Puchol you can continue your adventure through the Natural Park.
- The bikes must be returned to where you picked them up before 8:00 p.m.
- Helmets, locks, lights and a detailed map with the different bike routes are included. Please note that if there are strong winds the boat will have to make a shorter route.
It is also possible to pick up the bikes at Calle Mantas, 3 (in front of the central market) between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., by giving prior notice once the reservation has been made.
