Following club policy and terms of sale, at least one seat is guaranteed for pairs. Please note that clubs define a pair of seats in the following combinations, which you can see here. Purchases of more than two tickets cannot be guaranteed to be seated together, although attempts will be made to locate as close together as possible. Seating will be confirmed when the club issues tickets 24-48 hours before the match, which is when you will receive your Direct Access tickets. No changes or cancellations are permitted. If a match is postponed at short notice due to adverse weather conditions, industrial action, force majeure, or any other reason beyond the control of the football club or broadcasters, your match ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Depending on availability, an alternative match may be offered.
