In accordance with club policy and terms of sale, at least one seat in pairs is guaranteed. Please note that clubs define a pair of seats in the following combinations which you can see here. Purchases of more than two tickets cannot be guaranteed that you will be seated together, although we will try to seat you as close as possible. Seating will be confirmed when the club issues the tickets 24-48 hours before the match, which is when you will receive your direct access tickets.

During the booking process, the full name, date of birth and ID number of each participant will be requested as the tickets are personal.

Changes and cancellations are not permitted. If a match is postponed at short notice due to poor weather conditions, industrial action, force majeure or any other reason beyond the control of the football club or television companies, the match ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Subject to availability, an alternative match may be offered.
