Fundació Cabanas – Casa Museu - Cal Gerrer

Inside there are three permanent exhibitions and a room for temporary exhibitions.

Arpí ceramics factory: The process of turning the building into a museum was a project designed to preserve the memory of what was the most important ceramics factory in the Vallés and surrounding areas.

Cabanas-Alibau brothers: The Cabanas-Alibau family, originally from Sants (Barcelona) and established in Sant Cugat in 1922, has had one of the most important careers in the local artistic field. The different rooms that make up the exhibition are structured in three areas, offering an anthology of the works of the three brothers: Joan, Francesc and Miquel.

Marilyn Monroe Archive: This exhibition is presented from the particular perspective of its author, Frederic Cabanas, an artist from Sant Cugat who has spent more than 35 years collecting objects and documents, mainly books about the American actress.
